สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Apple, Google หรือ Firebase แอปไม่ได้รับหรือจัดเก็บรหัสผ่านของผู้ให้บริการเหล่านั้น ระบบ email access แบบคงที่สำหรับ review/demo ใช้เพื่อเปิด User ID ที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น และไม่ได้สร้าง password เฉพาะผู้ใช้ในระบบของเรา

ข้อมูลใบหน้าและรูปภาพ

การประมวลผล AI โดยผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

เมื่อผู้ใช้กดยินยอมและเริ่มสร้างรูป แอปจะส่งรูปที่ผู้ใช้เลือก ซึ่งอาจมีใบหน้าของผู้ใช้ และข้อมูลทรงผมหรือ generation settings ผ่าน backend server ของเราไปยัง OpenAI API เพื่อสร้างภาพตัวอย่างทรงผมด้วย AI ตามคำขอของผู้ใช้

การขออนุญาตก่อนประมวลผลด้วย AI

แอปจะแสดงหน้าขอความยินยอมก่อนส่งรูปหรือข้อมูลทรงผมไปยัง backend ของเราและ OpenAI API หากผู้ใช้กด Cancel แอปจะไม่ส่งรูปไปประมวลผล ไม่โหลดโฆษณาเพื่อเริ่มสร้างรูป และไม่เรียก API สำหรับสร้างภาพ ผู้ใช้ต้องกด I Agree & Generate หรือข้อความยืนยันภาษาไทยที่เทียบเท่าก่อนจึงจะเริ่ม flow การสร้างภาพได้

รูปใบหน้าและรูปทรงผมอ้างอิงอาจถูกประมวลผลโดย backend ของเราและผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการสร้างภาพทรงผม:

• OpenAI สำหรับการประมวลผลภาพและสร้างภาพตัวอย่างทรงผมด้วย AI ตามคำขอของผู้ใช้
• AWS services รวมถึง Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS และ AWS Secrets Manager สำหรับ API, storage, job processing, metadata, queue และ secrets
• Firebase / Google Cloud สำหรับ authentication, analytics, Remote Config และ Cloud Messaging เท่านั้น ไม่ได้ใช้เพื่อประมวลผลรูปใบหน้าหรือสร้างภาพทรงผม

OpenAI อาจเก็บข้อมูล API บางส่วน เช่น prompts, inputs, outputs และ metadata ใน abuse monitoring logs ตามแนวทางการเก็บข้อมูลของ OpenAI API โดยค่าเริ่มต้น logs เหล่านี้อาจถูกเก็บไว้ได้นานสูงสุด 30 วัน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น หรือจำเป็นอย่างสมเหตุสมผลเพื่อปกป้องบริการของ OpenAI หรือบุคคลที่สาม เราไม่ได้ opt-in เพื่อแชร์ API inputs หรือ outputs ให้ OpenAI ใช้สำหรับฝึกโมเดล

การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลใบหน้าและรูปภาพ

• รูปใบหน้าต้นฉบับและรูปทรงผมอ้างอิงจะถูกเก็บพร้อม job history จนกว่าผู้ใช้จะลบ job, ล้างข้อมูล User ID ปัจจุบัน หรือลบบัญชี ระบบปัจจุบันไม่มี retention rule แบบ 24 ชั่วโมงสำหรับรูปต้นฉบับ
• ภาพผลลัพธ์ทรงผมจะถูกเก็บในประวัติของผู้ใช้จนกว่าผู้ใช้จะลบ job, ล้างข้อมูล User ID ปัจจุบัน หรือลบบัญชี
• ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบจะถูกเก็บจนกว่าผู้ใช้จะลบบัญชี เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นตามกฎหมายที่ต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนไว้
• security logs, rate-limit records และ abuse-prevention logs ไม่มีระยะเวลาลบอัตโนมัติที่กำหนดตายตัวในโค้ดปัจจุบัน ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกเก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัย การแก้ปัญหา และการป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ จากนั้นจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้เมื่อไม่จำเป็นแล้ว

คำขอลบข้อมูล

ไม่มีการให้คะแนนใบหน้าหรือการประเมินรูปลักษณ์

แอปไม่สร้างคะแนนใบหน้า คะแนนความสวย/ความหล่อ คะแนนความน่าดึงดูด การจัดอันดับ หรือการประเมินรูปลักษณ์ของผู้ใช้ แอปไม่ให้คะแนนองค์ประกอบบนใบหน้า ความเหมาะสมของทรงผม ความสวย ความหล่อ อายุ เพศ เชื้อชาติ หรือข้อมูลอ่อนไหวอื่น ๆ แอปใช้รูปภาพเฉพาะเพื่อสร้างภาพตัวอย่างทรงผมด้วย AI ตามคำขอของผู้ใช้เท่านั้น

Review/demo email access

หากมีการให้ email login แบบคงที่สำหรับการ review หรือ demo แอปจะใช้ email/password นั้นเพื่อเข้าสู่ User ID ที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้า ข้อมูลที่สร้างภายใต้บัญชีดังกล่าวอาจถูกมองเห็นโดยผู้ที่ใช้ credential ชุดเดียวกัน บัญชี review/demo อาจไม่สามารถลบผ่านแอปได้ และแอปจะแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถลบได้เพราะเป็น account demo

ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกและวัตถุประสงค์

• Firebase Authentication / Google Cloud: anonymous auth, Google account link, Apple account link และ token verification
• Google Sign-In: เชื่อมบัญชี Google หากผู้ใช้เลือกใช้
• Sign in with Apple: เชื่อม Apple account หากผู้ใช้เลือกใช้
• Firebase Analytics: analytics events เพื่อดูการใช้งานโดยรวมและปรับปรุงแอป
• Firebase Remote Config: ตั้งค่า ads, feature flags และค่า runtime ของแอป
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: notification token และ push notification เช่น แจ้งผลการสร้างภาพ
• AWS: Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS และ AWS Secrets Manager สำหรับ API, storage, job processing, metadata, queue และ secrets ใน region ap-southeast-1
• OpenAI: AI image processing เพื่อสร้างภาพตัวอย่างทรงผมตามคำขอของผู้ใช้
• Google AdMob: banner ads, app open ads และ rewarded ads
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: in-app purchases บนอุปกรณ์ Apple และการจัดการธุรกรรมโดย Apple
• Google Play Billing: in-app purchases บนอุปกรณ์ Android และการจัดการธุรกรรมโดย Google Play

การลบข้อมูลและบัญชี

วิธีหลักในการลบบัญชีคือในแอปที่ Settings > Data & Security > Delete Account หากเมนูนี้ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน ผู้ใช้สามารถติดต่อเราทางอีเมลเป็นวิธีสำรองเท่านั้น

เมื่อการลบบัญชีสำเร็จ ระบบจะลบ account data, User ID data, uploaded photos, reference photos, generated result images, job metadata, notification tokens และ auth-link records ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องเก็บไว้ตามกฎหมายหรือเพื่อจัดการธุรกรรมที่จำเป็น

ผู้ใช้ยังสามารถลบ job รายการเดียวหรือใช้การล้างข้อมูล User ID ปัจจุบันภายในแอปได้ การลบ job จะลบ job metadata และรูปที่เกี่ยวข้องออกจาก Amazon DynamoDB และ Amazon S3 ตามพฤติกรรมของ backend ปัจจุบัน

การใช้แอป

AI แนะนำทรงผม (HairStyle AI) เป็นแอปสำหรับสร้างภาพตัวอย่างทรงผมด้วย AI เพื่อความบันเทิงและการลองไอเดียทรงผมเท่านั้น ผลลัพธ์อาจไม่ตรงกับลักษณะจริง สีผมจริง หรือผลลัพธ์หลังตัดผม/ทำผมจริง

รูปภาพและสิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้

ผู้ใช้ต้องมีสิทธิ์ใช้รูปภาพที่อัปโหลดหรือเลือกในแอป และต้องไม่อัปโหลดรูปภาพที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดของบริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เพชร การซื้อในแอป และ rewarded ads

แอปอาจใช้เพชรแบบ consumable สำหรับสร้างภาพ และอาจให้ผู้ใช้ดู rewarded ads เพื่อรับสิทธิ์บางอย่างตามค่า Remote Config การซื้อในแอปดำเนินการโดย Apple App Store หรือ Google Play Billing ตามแพลตฟอร์มของผู้ใช้ การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของร้านค้านั้น ๆ

ข้อจำกัดของบริการ AI

การสร้างภาพขึ้นอยู่กับคุณภาพรูปภาพ สภาพแสง ทรงผมที่เลือก ความพร้อมของเครือข่าย และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เราอาจปฏิเสธหรือจำกัดการใช้งานที่ผิดปกติ ละเมิดกฎหมาย หรือกระทบความปลอดภัยของระบบ

Information We Collect or Process

For Apple, Google, or Firebase sign-in, the app does not receive or store passwords for those providers. Fixed email access for review/demo use maps the entered credential to a preconfigured User ID and does not create user-specific passwords in our system.

Face Data and Photos

The app allows users to upload or select a face photo and a hairstyle reference image to generate AI hairstyle preview images. The face-related data processed by the app may include the uploaded face photo, selected hairstyle reference image, generated hairstyle result image, generation prompt, job ID, selected hairstyle style, and related job metadata.

The app does not collect Face ID data, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, or biometric profiles. The app does not use face data to identify, authenticate, recognize, or verify a person.

Face data is used only to generate AI hairstyle preview images requested by the user, display generation status, save the user's generation history, allow downloads or sharing, prevent abuse, debug errors, and support account deletion or data deletion requests.

Face data is not used for advertising, marketing, cross-app tracking, user profiling, or appearance scoring. We do not use user photos to train our own AI models.

Third-Party AI Processing

When the user gives permission and starts generation, the app sends the user-selected photo, which may include the user's face, and selected hairstyle options or generation settings through our backend server to OpenAI API to generate the AI hairstyle preview requested by the user.

What Data Is Sent to AI Providers

• The photo the user takes, uploads, or selects from the device, which may include the user's face.
• The hairstyle reference image from the app's collection.
• The selected hairstyle, hairstyle ID, hairstyle name, prompt, and generation settings needed to create the image.
• Job ID and technical metadata needed for processing and debugging.

User Permission Before AI Processing

The app shows an AI processing consent screen before sending photos or hairstyle data to our backend and OpenAI API. If the user taps Cancel, the app does not send the photo for processing, does not load an ad to begin generation, and does not call the image-generation API. The user must tap I Agree & Generate, or the equivalent Thai confirmation, before generation can continue.

Face photos and hairstyle reference images may be processed by our backend and by the following service providers only as needed to provide the hairstyle-generation feature:

• OpenAI for AI image processing and AI-generated hairstyle preview images requested by the user.
• AWS services, including Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS, and AWS Secrets Manager for API hosting, storage, job processing, metadata, queueing, and secrets.
• Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, analytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging only. Firebase / Google Cloud is not used to process face photos or generate hairstyle images.

OpenAI may retain certain API data, such as prompts, inputs, outputs, and metadata, in abuse monitoring logs according to OpenAI’s API data retention practices. By default, these logs may be retained for up to 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect OpenAI’s services or third parties. We have not opted in to share API inputs or outputs with OpenAI for model training.

Third-Party Data Protection

We use OpenAI for AI image processing and AWS for infrastructure/storage only as needed to provide app features. These providers operate under their own security and data-protection terms. We choose providers whose data-protection measures are designed to provide protection equivalent or comparable to the protections described in this policy.

Uploaded photos, reference images, generated results, and job metadata are stored in AWS Asia Pacific (Singapore), region ap-southeast-1. Photos are stored in Amazon S3, and job metadata is stored in Amazon DynamoDB.

Face Data and Photo Retention

• Uploaded source face photos and hairstyle reference images are retained with the user's job history until the user deletes the job, clears the current User ID data, or deletes the account. The current backend does not have a 24-hour automatic deletion rule for source photos.
• Generated hairstyle result images are retained in the user's history until the user deletes the job, clears the current User ID data, or deletes the account.
• Account and login data are retained until the user deletes the account, unless we are legally required to keep limited records.
• Security logs, rate-limit records, and abuse-prevention logs do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period configured in the app code. They are retained only as needed for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, and are then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Deletion Requests

Users can delete a single job, clear the current User ID data, or delete the account from inside the app. The main account deletion method is Settings > Data & Security > Delete Account. If in-app deletion is unavailable, users may contact us by email as a fallback.

No Face Rating or Appearance Scoring

The app does not generate face ratings, beauty scores, attractiveness scores, rankings, or appearance evaluations. The app does not rate facial features, hairstyle suitability, beauty, attractiveness, age, gender, ethnicity, or any sensitive characteristics. The app only generates AI hairstyle preview images requested by the user.

Review/Demo Email Access

If fixed email login is provided for app review or demonstration, the app uses that email/password pair to access a preconfigured User ID. Data created under that account may be visible to anyone using the same credential. The review/demo account may not be deletable from inside the app, and the app may show an error that it cannot be deleted because it is a demo account.

Third-Party Providers and Purposes

• Firebase Authentication / Google Cloud: anonymous authentication, Google account link, Apple account link, and token verification.
• Google Sign-In: Google account linking if selected by the user.
• Sign in with Apple: Apple account linking if selected by the user.
• Firebase Analytics: analytics events to understand aggregate app usage and improve the app.
• Firebase Remote Config: ad settings, feature flags, and runtime app configuration.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: notification tokens and push notifications, such as generation-complete notifications.
• AWS: Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS, and AWS Secrets Manager for API hosting, storage, job processing, metadata, queueing, and secrets in region ap-southeast-1.
• OpenAI: AI image processing to generate hairstyle preview images requested by the user.
• Google AdMob: banner ads, app open ads, and rewarded ads.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: in-app purchases on Apple devices and transaction handling by Apple.
• Google Play Billing: in-app purchases on Android devices and transaction handling by Google Play.

Data and Account Deletion

The main deletion method is in-app deletion from Settings > Data & Security > Delete Account. Email contact is a fallback only if in-app deletion is unavailable.

When account deletion succeeds, deletion removes account data, User ID data, uploaded photos, reference photos, generated result images, job metadata, notification tokens, and auth-link records, except data that we are legally required to retain or limited records needed to handle required transactions.

Users can also delete a single job or clear the current User ID data in the app. Deleting a job removes that job's metadata and related images from Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3 according to the current backend behavior.

Use of the App

AI แนะนำทรงผม (HairStyle AI) generates AI hairstyle preview images for entertainment and hairstyle idea exploration only. Results may not match a user's real appearance, real hair color, or the outcome of an actual haircut or hair treatment.

User Photos and Rights

Users must have the right to use any photo they upload or select in the app. Users must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or content that violates applicable third-party service terms.

Diamonds, In-App Purchases, and Rewarded Ads

The app may use consumable diamonds for image generation and may allow users to watch rewarded ads for certain actions based on Remote Config settings. In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing depending on the user's platform. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies.

AI Service Limitations

Image generation depends on photo quality, lighting, selected hairstyle, network availability, and third-party provider availability. We may refuse or limit usage that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to service security.
